Age Restrictions
All members and visitors of Iron Alliance Gym must be 18 years of age to sign our waiver and/or membership documents. If you are under the age of 18, your parent must be available at the time of your first visit via phone and email to sign the waiver or membership documents for you.

You must be at least 16 years of age to use our facility without a parent present. If you are under the age of 16, you may use our facility only if a parent is present AND also working out with you the entire time you are here.

No one under the age of 13 may use the facility with or without a parent.

You must present an ID showing proof of age to use our facility.

Cash Free Facility
Iron Alliance Gym is a cash free facility. We do not accept cash or Apple Pay/tap to pay for payment of day passes, memberships, merch, drinks or food items. You must have a credit card present with you for payment.

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership via our 'contact us' page or via email at least 7 days prior to your next billing date. Once we receive your request, we will apply your last month's membership fee (that you paid up front) to your account on your next billing date and you will have access to the gym for the rest of that month.
If you have the founders membership, your rate will last until you cancel your membership. If you need to cancel and re-join for any reason, your founders membership rate will not apply when you re-join. You will re-join with our standard membership rate.

Free Trial
You can try out the gym by purchasing a day pass or a week pass. If you decide to join us as a member, we will credit the cost of one (1) day pass or one (1) week pass within 7 days of purchase toward your first month's membership fee.

Lost & Stolen Items
Iron Alliance Gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please do not leave valuables unsecured in the gym or your car.
If you lost an item, please ask the front desk to check our lost and found.
Apparel and Merchandise Return Policy
Our apparel and merchandise are non-refundable/final sale.
Photoshoot Policy
We welcome you to have a photoshoot inside Iron Alliance Gym. We require that you talk with us in advance to schedule your shoot. There is a $50 gym usage fee per shoot.
